Under new ownership since late March 2025, this property has seen a major transformation positioning it to serve guests for the next 40 years. Some of the new or remodeled items include, new quartz countertops, new fridges and microwaves in each room, digital WIFI locks to make check in seamless and easy for our guests, new quartz vanity tops, new paint inside and out, new led mirrors, new premium herringbone flooring, new plumbing fixtures, new furniture, new bedding, new linens, new lobby amenities including unlimited ice for your coolers and that is just on the inside. Outside we have a newly built nature area for walks with your dogs, grilling out with friends or enjoying a campfire in our fire pit. Our new "binzebo" is sure to be the hub for all of your socializing in the nature are.

We have new policies too! We traded in the smoking for the four legged friends. We are now a "No Smoking" building and a "Pet Friendly" property. We still allow smoking on the property but it just has to be outside and we ask that guests dispose of their butts in our provided canisters.
