Niangua Hills Resort is located at the 5MM of the Big Niangua arm of the Lake of the Ozarks. Just around the bend, the Little Niangua converges with the Big Niangua, making this area a great fishing spot! Each cabin is named in honor of a piece of history related to the Lake area. Mom and Pop style resorts were prevalent in the area in the 50s, 60s and 70s and slowly, the resorts of yesteryear have been demolished to make room for high rise condos.

Niangua Hills keeps history alive and continues to pay tribute to those who paved the way before us. Each cabin on the property is undergoing a complete renovation in 2022. Expect to find new interior painting, new kitchenettes with all new appliances, new bedding, new flooring, new bathrooms with tile showers, new furniture and more. Vintage touches will be brought into each cabin to gently mix with the new, which continues to pay homage to the history of this resort, originally built in the 1940s.

Resort amenities include kayak/paddleboard rental, on-site boat ramp, covered boat docks, covered & heating fish house, swim dock, updated playground with yard games for the adults, located in a no wake cove, satellite TV, on-site laundry access available, on-site self-serve ice chest, vending area (coming soon) and contact-less check-in.
