“Horseshoe Bend is a 7 mile long peninsula that is surrounded by the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. It is named Horseshoe Bend for it's horseshoe like configuration as the Lake follows it's natural shoreline. Thanks to its many coves, seven-mile long Horseshoe Bend peninsula sports more than 65 miles of shoreline.
We live in the heart of a major resort area with water sports and fishing at the Lake of the Ozarks as the main drawing feature. But this has drawn in many other attractions to be enjoyed. Lush golf courses; restaurants, for fine dining, or a casual burger on and off the water; as well as condos and resorts ranging, from the luxurious to family cottages are all available on "the Bend. A turn to the left or the right might also take you into a secluded subdivision of homes occupied by year round or part-time residents. The Bend is only minutes from the city of Osage Beach, Lake Ozark, and the Bagnell Dam strip. Virtually every road leads to the Lake and all of the recreation and relaxation that awaits you.”
