From the inception of the Encore Lakeside Grill & Sky Bar, the vision was to build the finest Restaurant and Entertainment Complex in the country. The Encore is much more than just a restaurant and bar, it’s a fifty thousand square foot Mega Complex! A World Class Entertainment Complex with four bars, three kitchens, three entertainment stages, and over ten thousand square feet of banquet and convention space. Our lakeside amphitheater provides over eight thousand square feet under roof and makes the perfect concert venue, in an intimate setting. The Encore wouldn’t be complete without our incredible lakeside swimming pool and swim up bar!
